The present site www.moochibags.com (hereinafter site) is owned by Moochi and is operated by Parallel Solutions Technology, a company which is an advertising agency assigned by Moochi.
Product Availability
The products available for purchase online are: handbags & accessories.
All products are subject to availability at the time of the order. Moochi reserves the right to vary at any time the quantity and/or the type of products that may be purchased on the site.
The customer will be informed if the product requested is not available.
Prices
All prices on the site are stated in USD they DO NOT include shipping and delivery charges. custom charges, if any has to be borne by customer.
Moochi uses it’s best endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the site is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a product shall occur, Moochi will allow the customer the option to confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If Moochi is unable to contact the customer the order will be treated as cancelled.
The ownership of the product purchased on the site will be transferred to customer at the moment of delivery on condition that Moochi has received the payment for the entire value of the goods. In any event the risks of damages and/or loss of the product are transferred to the customer at the time of the delivery.
How to order?
The details and the price of the product are detailed in the single page of each product listed on the site.
To purchase the chosen product the customer shall complete, following the instruction indicated on the site, and send the online purchase form to one of the Moochi dealers located near the customer as email.
The customer shall add the product to the "shopping bag" and after having reviewed and accepted the investment involved, the terms and conditions and the general cancellation policy. The customer shall then submit the order.
Shall the customer need to amend or modify the data inserted in the order placed, customer shall follow the proper procedure for the amending of the order as indicated in the site before submitting the order. Moreover the customer may amend or modify the number of products he/she wishes to purchase, adding or deleting one or more products from the shopping bag.
Shipping

International deliveries will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Delivery charge is in addition to your total order value. Delivery charge of $45.00 USD is applicable for standard international delivery of order value under $400 USD. Delivery charge of $90.00 USD is applicable for standard international delivery of order value of $400 USD and more. Standard international delivery are: NZ, Asia/Pacific, USA, Canada, Middle East, UK and Europe. Moochi P/L reserves the right to charge additional delivery costs where applicable. Please contact us via email if you are unsure. All international deliveries are subject to customs clearance.

Return & Cancellations
Moochi wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the customer. Moochi will refund the entire cost of the product(s) that are returned by the customer only due to manufacturing defects, not used, not damaged and accompanied by the relevant invoice.
The purchased products may be returned within maximum 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Also on receipt of the products the customer should immediately notify Moochi through email.
